Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions, however please do not hesitate to call and speak to our friendly staff for assistance and local recommendations.

What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 2pm, although we can sometimes accommodate earlier check-ins on request.

Can I arrive late?

If you are going to arrive much later than your estimated time of arrival, please give us a ring. Late check-ins can be organised on request.

Do you have undercover parking?

Yes, some of our rooms have undercover parking. Please request undercover parking on booking.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at the Castlereagh Lodge Motel are non-smoking.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, we do not have a restaurant, but we do offer room service for breakfast Monday to Friday. We are a very short walk to several great eateries.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, free wireless internet is available.

How close are you to the shops?

We are right next door to Coonamble Cellars, a few shops up from the gym and IGA supermarket, just round the corner from the Terminus hotel, and diagonally opposite the Coonamble bowling club. Everything in Coonamble is within a 10-15 minute walk.

Do you have Foxtel?

Sorry we do not have Foxtel, but we do have a full range of Freeview channels.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. Group bookings or special dates may have longer notification times. Please ask if this applies to you.

How do I guarantee by booking?

Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have a lovely in ground pool and garden area including BBQ facilities.
